Other than challenging you clients property taxes there is little recourse to lower property taxes.

Property tax will always spiral upward until taxpayer-homeowners take action. This means taxpayers need to get organized. Grassroots organizations need to form when the pain gets too great. Who else will  tell elected officials what they want?

Taxpayers need to weed out ineffective politicians and see that the property tax bite gets negotiated downward.  The cost of government in many cases need to be capped and the only way to get recognized is by organizing. Look at all the taxes:
